All flowers are fresh natural products,  sometimes we  may substitute a flower for a different flower if we do not think the quality is good enough to use if your bouquet. Substitutes will always be of the same or higher value and always blend with the product chosen. We use the medium sized product photograph in all the products that you can see. If you wish to have a no Lily design please put this in the notes on your order. Flowers are delivered between 9.00-5.00pm each day  we will always endeavour to find a safe place or leave with a neighbour if the recipient is not at home, we will leave a note through the door to advise of this. Collections from our shop are between 9.00-5.00pm weekdays and 9.00-12.00 Midday on Mothering Sunday weekend Days.

Our delivery charges are based on distance from our premises to your delivery address. Deliveries start at £4 with a maximum change of £7 for the locations on the furthest outskirts of our local delivery range.

On most occasions we can deliver on the same day if you order before 13:00PM. All deliveries are based on a next day service and will be delivered between  9.30-5.30pm each day (unless selecting a premium delivery slot) we will always endeavour to find a safe place or leave with a neighbour if the recipient is not at home, we will leave a note through the door to advise of this.
